Heyo! I’m Cassie, the heart and hands behind Foster Goodness Esthetics, located in the sweet little sanctuary in Midtown, right in the heart of Sacramento.

I share life with my incredibly supportive partner—who has lovingly attended every funeral and rebirth of my becoming—and two weird-ass wiener dogs who keep things delightfully chaotic.

Before becoming an esthetician, I spent over a decade working in community resourcing, mental health, and family advocacy throughout Sacramento and LA. That time deeply shaped my approach to care, rooting everything I do in trauma-informed practice, deep listening, and radical softness.

At 20, I began the fight to reclaim my joy after CPTSD took up residence in my bones. Foster Goodness was born out of that healing—woven together from grief, passion, herbal play, and the quiet hope that things could feel different.

Enter: my Kitchen Witch Era. I started wildcrafting with the herbs in my front yard and the spices in my kitchen, creating balms, salves, and cleansers that helped me reconnect with my body and spirit. Foster Goodness spent its first six years as a holistic skincare product line, and when it was time to evolve, I knew esthetics was the next calling.

Now, I get to create experiences where people can safely come home to themselves. Where plants, touch, and presence offer more than just a glow—they offer regulation, reflection, and deep nourishment.

I don’t have all the answers—but I do have a soft, grounded space where you can land exactly as you are. Where we tend to both your skin and your nervous system. Where healing can be gentle, beautiful, and even a little witchy.

I’ve had facials before, but nothing compared to this one, it felt like so much more than a facial, it felt like an energy transfer.
